With over 40 years of real estate and development experience on the island, Chris is a local who knows Key West inside and out.  As one of the original founders of  Old Town Key West Development, he was a part of restoring Key West's Old Town historic district in the 1970's. With Location 3 Real Estate of Key West, he and his partners have expanded into the luxury residential market developing Marquesa Court, Key Cove Landings, Paradise Harbor, Key West Steamplant, and the new Key Haven Estates. In addition, Chris has continued with commercial real estate development across the nation in conjunction with Historic Tours of America, a sightseeing, attraction and retail company of which he is the Chief Executive Officer.

Debbie brings over 15 years of experience in sales and project management to the Location 3 Real Estate team. Born and raised in Key West, Debbie began her sales career as a retail buyer for Historic tours of America. She started as the Project Manager of the Old Town San Diego Market, working on the construction of a multi-million dollar visitor development, then spearheaded Boston Tea Party Ship  & Museum as Project Manager overseeing all details of pre-development for a multi-million dollar attraction and retail complex. Returning to Key West in 2005, Debbie transitioned into property development, working on the development and construction of several Key West properties. As a realtor for Location 3 Real Estate in the marketing and sales, she has successfully closed over 60 real estate transactions in the past three years.

Joyce Unke is a Florida native with over 15 years of property management experience. She began her career in the legal department with one of the largest commercial property owners in Key West, Historic Tours of America. Joyce is a residential and commercial property manager, lease negotiator, problem solver, maintenance supervisor and project coordinator for Location 3 and its property management division, Historic Properties Management. With her strong legal and commercial real estate background, Joyce has also expanded into the residential market in sales as well as property management. In addition to her luxury home projects, Joyce, along with Debbie Batty, have spearheaded Location 3’s affordable housing projects, Railway and Islander Village.

Mercy Herrada, was born in Miami and moved to Key West when she was just two years old. Upon graduating high school, Mercy began her career as an accounting representative for Historic Tours of America, Inc. As a licensed Florida Realtor, she brings an extensive background in residential and commercial Real Estate to her Key West clients having worked with Historic Property Management for the past 10 years. Mercy has great knowledge in local buildings and historic renovations through her business FMH Builders along with her husband Frank, a licensed contractor. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She has her clients' best interests at heart and wants them to find what she has enjoyed throughout her life, a little piece of paradise.
