Chris Belland is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Historic Tours of America®, a nationally recognized sightseeing, attractions, and retail company. A lifelong resident of Miami and Key West, Chris has dedicated more than 50 years to preserving history, revitalizing communities, and showcasing the unique character of the destinations Historic Tours of America serves.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania, Chris returned to Key West, where he and his partners began restoring the city's historic Old Town district in the 1970s. As one of the original founders of Old Town Key West Development, he played an instrumental role in preserving many of the island's historic properties. In 1984, he co-founded Historic Tours of America, building the company into one of the nation's premier tourism organizations.

Chris also serves as a principal of Location 3 Real Estate of Key West, where he has helped develop and market premier residential communities including Marquesa Court, Key Cove Landings, Paradise Harbor, Key West Steamplant, and Key Haven Estates. His extensive knowledge of the local market, combined with decades of real estate development experience, has made him a respected leader in the Florida Keys real estate industry.

Committed to giving back, Chris founded the Key West Attractions Association and served as its first president. He has also served on the boards of the Florida Attractions Association, the Key West Chamber of Commerce, the Key West and Lower Keys Development Corporation, and the Community Foundation of the Florida Keys. His passion for history, preservation, and community continues to shape both Historic Tours of America and Location 3 Real Estate.

Debbie brings over 25 years of experience in sales and project management to Location 3 Real Estate. Born and raised in Key West, Debbie began her sales career in Key West and Boston as a retail buyer before moving to San Diego in 2001 as the Project Manager of the construction and creation of the retail and attraction complex known as Old Town San Diego Market. Upon its completion, Debbie moved to Boston where she became the Project Manager of the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum, overseeing all details of pre-development for a multi-million-dollar attraction and retail complex. Returning to Key West in 2005, Debbie transitioned into the role of Director of Property Development working on the development and construction of many Key West properties. Debbie is actively involved as a Broker Associate for Location 3 Real Estate in the marketing and sales of Lower Keys properties, and she holds a Community Association Management License,  managing three local associations. She happily gives back to the community through Board positions with Habitat for Humanity and Take Stock in Children.

As a native Key West Conch, Nancy was born and raised in Key West, Florida. She brings with her years of experience working on the development side of many of Key West's top commercial and residential projects including both luxury options and affordable housing options. She worked on the design, marketing, and sales of Marquesa Court, Key Cove Landings, Paradise Harbor, Key West Steamplant, and the brand new Key Haven Estates Development. With over 25 years of experience as a CPA, Nancy’s accounting and tax background will serve you well whether considering a single-family residence or a multimillion-dollar investment property. Joyce Unke is a Florida native with over 30 years of property management experience. She began her career in the legal department with one of the largest commercial property owners in Key West, Historic Tours of America. Joyce is a residential and commercial property manager, lease negotiator, problem solver, maintenance supervisor and project coordinator for Location 3 and its property management division, Historic Properties Management. With her strong legal and commercial real estate background, Joyce has also expanded into the residential market in sales as well as property management. In addition to her luxury home projects, Joyce, along with Debbie Batty, have spearheaded Location 3’s affordable housing projects, Railway and Islander Village.

As a fifth-generation Conch born and raised in Key West, Desiree Perez offers clients unmatched local knowledge and a genuine passion for the Lower Florida Keys. She combines her expertise in real estate with extensive experience in property and community association management, providing valuable insight to buyers, sellers, investors, and homeowners alike.

Desiree currently serves as the Community Association Manager for Islander Village HOA, where she oversees the day-to-day operations and management of the community. Her hands-on experience in association management provides clients with valuable knowledge of condominium and homeowner association governance, budgeting, maintenance, and property operations.
